Seasonal Bed Maintenance Crewleader
Help maintain the nicest homes in the Fort Wayne area on a weekly basis by caring for the landscape beds, flowers, plants, and more! Be creative with Spring color, Fall Decor, and Christmas Decor throughout the year. We service select homes with special care. Must have an incredible attention to detail. Lawn Application Specialist

Landscape Crewmember
Ready to get down and dirty? Our Crewmembers assist the Crewleader in getting the job down right and on time. Position consists of hard physical labor including hauling wheelbarrows, lifting 50+ pounds, bending and lifting. Crewmember will help on a Landscape Maintenance or Construction crew. Position has potential to move up to a Crewleader. Winter hours may not be available except for helping with snow removal. Plant/Landscape knowledge helpful but not a must. Great work ethic, willingness to learn, and able to get along with others a must. Average hours are 30-50 per week depending on season and weather. Some Saturdays are required.
